Role & responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations across multiple regions.
Ensures productive material handling, accurate inventory control, timely dispatches, reverse logistics management, courier coordination, compliance with audit standards, and seamless support to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate stock levels through systematic inventory control processes.
Verify BOQ stock availability and ensure stock updates in ERP.
Raise PRs for replenishment in case of stock shortages.
Maintain minimum stock levels to prevent operational delays.
Handle escalations for lost, delayed, misrouted, or damaged shipments
Support internal and external stock audits.
Investigate and rectify variances and documentation gaps.
Work closely with Purchase, Finance, Projects, Service, and Sales teams.
Provide regular updates to Regional and Senior Management.
Ensure skilled coordination with courier partners and logistics vendors.
Implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
