Monitor and perform basic administration of Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP services while ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, system access, and network connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents when required.
Maintain ITSM tickets, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures while ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
Adhere to IT security policies and collaborate with senior IT administrators for server maintenance, system updates, and infrastructure support.
