Role & responsibilities

Trainee Officer HR & Administration will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, maintaining reports and MIS, ensuring smooth facility management, and assisting in employee engagement activities. The role requires robust organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Administration
Prepare and maintain administrative reports and MIS related to:
Travel expenses
Housekeeping
Pantry operations
Office maintenance
Guest vehicle/car arrangements
Arrange transportation and logistics for company guests and visitors.
Manage and monitor housekeeping, pantry, security, gardening, canteen, pest control, and other facility management services.
Supervise scrap collection, disposal, and record maintenance in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure timely completion of routine administrative activities and maintain proper documentation.

Employee Engagement




Organize employee engagement activities such as:
Birthday celebrations
Festival celebrations
Team-building activities
Employee motivation programs
Games and recreational events
Assist in planning and executing company events and administrative support activities.

Compliance & Coordination
Maintain records related to administrative operations and vendor services.
Perform any other HR & Administration responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR or Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin or Facility Management.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare reports and MIS.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
