Role & responsibilities

Role Summary

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Siebel OOB (Out of the Box) Financial functionalities and hands-on experience in integration with Oracle FLEXCUBE across banking products such as CASA, Deposits, and Loans.

The role requires close interaction with Business Users, Product Owners, Architects, Integration teams, and Development teams for requirement gathering, solution design, process mapping, and functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Work extensively on Siebel Financial Services (FINS) modules and OOB capabilities.
Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Siebel OOB functionalities.
Prepare:
BRD (Business Requirement Document)
User Stories
Process Flows
Use Cases
Functional Design Documents
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, development, QA, and integration teams.
Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including:
Understand and map banking products and processes within Siebel CRM and FLEXCUBE.
Conduct workshops and business discussions with banking stakeholders.
Support data mapping, field mapping, validation rules, and process flows.




Ensure compliance with banking and financial operational processes.
