Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical equipment, mechanical components, and instrumentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant records.
Maintain a high level of knowledge on latest technologies related to power generation plants (thermal & renewable), transmission lines, substations, solar parks etc.
Ensure implementation of site quality plans and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Lead resolution of NCRs, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
