Equipment engineer to support and optimize the manufacturing equipment used in the Lithium ion Battery pack production.

Role & responsibilities
Experience on Laser welding, Cell stacking, cell Sorting, Cyclers.
Ensure high uptime and reliability of the assembly machines like cell sorting, welding and testing equipment.
Troubleshooting the electrical and PLC related issues.
Experience on PLC Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Rockwell.
Experienced on sensors, Pneumatics, Robotics troubleshooting.
Work closely with equipment suppliers for current requirements and improvements.
Work with CFT on equipment FAT, I&C; and SAT up to PPAP process.
Ensure compliance with safety and EHS standards.
Train the technician/operator on equipment usage/operation.
Maintain and prepare equipment technical documentation.
Documentation MTTR, MTBF .

Education

Diploma in Mechatronics / Instrumentation

Experience:

4+ years of experience in industrial/ automation process.
