Hiring: HR Generalist Learning & Development | Bengaluru | Immediate-30days Preferred

Position: HR Generalist Learning & Development (L&D;)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Learning & Development initiatives.
Create and maintain training content, presentations, and learning materials.
Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.
Coordinate training schedules, nominations, and feedback.
Design basic learning videos and digital learning content.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs.
Support HR Generalist activities and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements:




3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist with robust exposure to Learning & Development.
Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Udemy, KnowBe4, or similar) is preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in creating training content and facilitating learning programs.
Immediate to 30 days' notice preferred.
