Mission and Role
The role holder will be overall responsible for Shop floor activities in various Production areas on daily basis.
Role holders ensure to follow the Instructions from Production Shift In charge for smooth operation of Production activities.
Also, they need to perform various Production equipment operation.
This Role Holder Maintains all Process equipment in valuable working condition and carry out Housekeeping in shop floor.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

The incumbents prime responsibility is to ensure:

Environment, Health and Safety : -
To comply with Radici Safety Policy and EHS requirements and Indian legislations

Ensure a protected working environment : -
To report any unsafe condition / Near miss to concern supervisor
To maintain healthy condition of plant machinery and avoid leakage and spillage of material.
To carry out routine maintenance as per giving instruction of the supervisor.
Wearing personal protective equipment.
Maintain housekeeping practices
Observing and reporting for all near miss,



unsafe act, and unsafe conditions at workplace

Production Process : -
Polymer Charging in all lines
Ribbon Blender operation (Polymer Mixing
system)
Glass fiber Charging
Complete cleaning of Polymer charging system/Ribbon blender/ etc. for Grade changeover
Pigment weight for each Premix
Extruder operation
Feeder calibration
Hands-on and support Complete system cleaning of Polymer charging system/Ribbon blender/ Feeders/Pelletizer/Bagging etc for Grade change over Maintain valuable housekeeping at shop floor

Handling Process Equipments : -
Handling of twin-screw extruder operation.
Feeder Calibration
Operation of High-Speed Mixer
Handling of Ribbon Blender

Qualification : - ITI Fitter/ Production

Nature of experience : - Exp in Compounding Industry

Duration of experience : - Min 1- 2 years

Role-specific competencies : - Extruder Operation, High-Speed Mixer operation, Basic Maintenance Tools Knowledge etc.
