Role & responsibilities
Conduct Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspection.
Monitor battery pack assembly processes and identify quality deviations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D methodology.
Handle customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Standards.
Perform testing of Lithium-Ion Battery Packs, BMS, chargers, and electrical parameters.
Analyze rejection, rework, and process defects and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Purchase, and Service teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct process audits, product audits,



and line inspections.
Train operators on quality standards and defect prevention.
Support Internal & External Audits (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and improve productivity.
