Role & responsibilities
Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System.
Ensure compliance with all NABL criteria.
Maintain Quality Manual and laboratory procedures.
Control laboratory documents and records.
Ensure continual improvement of laboratory processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Laboratory Management System (LMS).
Prepare and revise laboratory quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and formats.
Ensure document control and record retention as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Manage day-to-day laboratory operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with proven skills and experience to maintain quality lab as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System. Should have practical knowledge of NABL accreditation process, measurement uncertainity, calibration management, risk management and statistical quality control. Candidate must have positive analytical skills.
