Develop /Release Control MIS
Prepare and Release the various MIS to the Branches
Track key control reports, identify and resolve exceptions
Co ordinate with Branch Team for resolutions
Process /system Improvements
Provide input for and Initiate Systems / Process Improvements to
bring down risks, probabilities of error and customer inconvenience and
enhance customer experience at the branch
Closely monitoring flow through of information from branches and arresting process gaps leading to service delays / denials to customers.
Annual Budget
Assisting in Budgeting for Branch Operations team,
Handling Branch Audit

Handling Collation of data and revert for all the Regulatory and Internal audits pertaining to branches in co ordination with the branch team
