Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification:
CA qualified
15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership role
Solid experience in construction / real estate sector
Knowledge of Ind AS 115 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and AS 7

CFO job description:
Provide strategic leadership for the Companys overall financial planning, governance, and risk management functions.
Oversee project finance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis across construction and real estate developments.
Lead fund-raising initiatives, banking relationships, and structured financing for largescale projects (100 Cr+).




Ensure robust working capital management, daily cash flow monitoring, and liquidity planning.
Ensure full compliance with Ind AS (including Ind AS 115), the Companies Act, GST,
Income Tax, and RERA regulations.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow forecasts,and budgetary controls.
Establish solid internal control systems, tax planning strategies, and regulatory

compliance frameworks.
Provide leadership to the finance function, including digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
