Role & responsibilities
Manage all automated machinery and production lines for manufacturing LED products.
Ensure that all automation systems are running at optimal performance levels to meet production targets.
Analyze and optimize automated manufacturing processes to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and minimize defects.
Implement advanced automation technologies like IoT-enabled devices, AI-based predictive analytics, and robotics to enhance productivity.
Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Quickly address technical issues in automated machines (e.g., pick-and-place, soldering, SMT machines) to maintain seamless operations.
Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of recent automated equipment.
Recommend and lead projects to upgrade or replace outdated equipment.
Monitor and control automation processes to ensure consistent quality in LED products.
Ensure machines adhere to industry standards and manufacturing tolerances for LED components.
