Position Objective:

To ensure smooth production operations in the Styling department by monitoring machines,

processes, safety, and quality in accordance with SOPs and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Log Book Review
Review and update the log book on a daily basis.
Daily Machine Check
Conduct machine checks as per the checklist, marking tick or cross as

applicable.
First Piece Approval
Carry out the first piece approval process strictly as per written instructions.
SOP & Process Parameter Compliance
Ensure adherence to all SOPs and process parameters.
Reaction Rule & Deviation Reporting
Understand the reaction rule of each process.
Immediately inform the Plant Manager if any process deviation is observed.
Breakdown Reporting
In case of any machine breakdown or related issue, promptly raise a

breakdown memo to the maintenance team.
Safety Issue Reporting




Report any safety-related issues at the workstation immediately to the Plant

Manager.
Mould Change Documentation
Record mould change times and specify where more time was taken along

with the reason.
Escalation for Assistance
Seek assistance from the Plant Manager or QC Manager when facing any

uncertainty or operational challenge.
