Role Overview

The International Patients Query Manager will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of international patients seeking medical opinions and treatment in India and abroad. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

This is a coordination-based managerial role. Physical meetings with doctors or patients are not required.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate effectively between doctors, International patients and Internal teams.
Provide complete and accurate medical information to help patients make informed decisions.
Manage end-to-end support for international patients, including:
Medical second opinion process
Treatment planning
Visa documentation guidance
Professionally manage emails, Spread Sheets, etc.
Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless communication throughout the treatment journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
Solid coordination and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or international business coordination is preferred (not mandatory).
