Durable Fastener Private Limited is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive accounting qualified to manage sales-purchase invoicing, bookkeeping, compliance, and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with data accuracy, documentation, vendor/customer follow-ups, and GST compliance. Prior experience with Miracle accounting software is a strong advantage.

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may start at 8:30 AM during training based on work requirement)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Purchase Accounting:
Prepare sales invoices as per dispatch and customer requirements.
Enter purchase bills with correct rates, GST, and quantities.
Maintain inward outward and job work records.
Daily Accounting Operations:
Assist in GST data preparation
Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and credit/debit notes.
Support audits by organizing required documents.
GST & Documentation Support:
File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B); coordinate for TDS returns.
Maintain files and documents ready for audits and compliance reviews.




Coordinate with production, dispatch, and stores for accurate data.
Follow up with customers and vendors for pending documents.
Assist seniors in reports and compliance work.
Software & Reporting:
Operate MIRACLE Accounting Software accurately.
Prepare basic MIS such as outstanding lists and daily reports.

Qualifications Required
B.Com / M.Com (Fresher or Experienced).
Basic to positive knowledge of accounting & GST.
Familiarity with accounting software preferred.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
