Yourrolesandresponsibilities

Inthisrole,youwillhavetheopportunitytocoordinateandfacilitatethedevelopment,implementation,andsuccessfulonboardingofdigitalsolutions.Eachday,youwillsupporttheuse andadoptionofdigitalplatformandsolutionsintothecustomerbusinessenvironmentalongwiththeirsubsequentoperationsandmaintenance. Youwillalsoshowcaseyourexpertisebyparticipatingintheideationworkstreamsfromidentifyingandvalidatingtheneedstodefiningthedevelopment.

Theworkmodelfortheroleis:#L1-Hybrid

Thisroleiscontributingtotheglobal functionSales Enablementin IEC LVMotors -divisioninIndia.MainstakeholdersareSales and Customers.
Provide software support and engineering services across multiple areas, including end-user support and training, software maintenance, testing and quality engineering, DevOps, and software release management, with minimal supervision.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting activities to validate final system configurations and ensure successful deployment and rollout.




Deliver user training and retraining programs to facilitate smooth adoption of software solutions and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
Contribute to software product development initiatives by recommending recent features, enhancements, and functionalities to strengthen the product roadmap and portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic digitalization objectives.
Work within a highly motivated and creative team setting, contributing to the development of digital solutions that uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and business value

Qualificationsfortherole
Youarewell establishedand motivatedinsupporting anddeliveringhigh qualitysoftwaresolutions.
Abilitytodemonstrateyourexperienceinsales, sales support,oralternativelysales process/tooloperations anddevelopment.
Youhaveminimumtwoyearsofexperienceinthe relevant field.
Experience inworkingwithoralternativelydeveloping sales process technologies, such asConfigure-Price-Quote systems,CRMs, and pricemanagement systems.Benefitingfrom experience in roll outs and user support.
