Role & responsibilities
Responsible for handling of end-to-end stores function (Inward, Outward, GRN, Transportation etc.).
Inventory control including defining inventory norms and slow- and rapid-moving items.
Monitor and take inventory count on regular basis.
Arranging valuable housekeeping every day in warehouse- 5s activities
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.
Co-Ordinating with Purchase & Other concerned departments.
Managing Factory related SCM activities including MIS for Plant team
Verify if all goods have arrived as per the agreed purchase orders, delivery note and Invoices.
Timely disposal of scraps.
Handling insurance claims-local support/liaison
Generating E-waybill, E-invoicing and reconciliation with portal
Bar code scanning of FG




Local freight negotiations
Adherence to all SOP

Preferred candidate profile
B. Com/BBA/M. Com/MBA in Logistics & Material Management
Minimum of 4-year factory stores experience. Knowledge of Excel & SAP MM must .
Should have working knowledge of SAP-MM. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team as well as working as part of that team and adopting a hands on approach wherever needed.
Proactive, conscientious, and self-motivated.
