Role & responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT products in the assigned territory.
Drive sales through dealer/distributor networks and direct sales to key clients.
Identify and develop current business opportunities to expand market penetration. Market Development
Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Organize promotional activities like contractor meets, dealer events, and product demonstrations.
Dealer and Distributor Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products to channel partners.
Provide training and support to channel partners on product features and sales strategies Customer Relationship Management
Engage with contractors, builders,



and architects to promote TMT products.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Gather feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer experiences. Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, achievements, and market insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls.

Preferred candidate profile

The Territory Manager - Sales (TMT Product) will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor and dealer networks, and expanding the market share of TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) steel products within the assigned territory. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and relationship management with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
