About the Role

OneGuardian is looking for a proactive and communication-focused ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive to manage customer interactions across digital platforms and help maintain a positive brand image. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about social media, digital communication, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments, and reviews across social media platforms and online channels.
Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain the brand's online reputation through effective communication and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and escalations.
Track online reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment.
Assist in creating reports and insights related to customer feedback and online engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.





Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Community Management, Content Creation, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Required Skills
Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Basic knowledge of online reputation management and digital communication.
