Role & responsibilities
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Kofax/Adobe PDF tools and other firm technologies as required
Designers: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Firefly) is an asset (Good to have and not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively fostering a team environment and combing individual strengths to enhance team performance
Take ownership of inquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
Demonstrate robust organizational skills and initiative by proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions and acting on opportunities to enhance client service
Strong client-service mindset when supporting internal and external clients, consistently demonstrating the firms values,



professionalism, discretion, integrity, and tact
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and excellent English (spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and editing)
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and take appropriate action in ambiguous situations
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and perform well under tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a highly technical, quick-paced, deadline-driven, and evolving digital workplace
