Job Responsibilities:
Attracting, Retaining and Maintaining Recent Clients.
Leasing of Company's real estate projects
both commercial offices & retail Spaces
Leading the entire business cycle from lead generation till closing of the transactions (End to End responsibility).
Showcasing and Presenting Organization's leasing capabilities w.r.t.
Commercial, Retail space's to National and Global Companies, Channel Partners, IPCs , Consultants and also promoting Residential Projects.
Lead generation through IPCs/Independent consultants.
Mapping client''s requirements and providing the best cost effective/ suitable solution.
Designing strategies for new business development through Social Media, Print Media, Hoardings, etc.
Streamlining the existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency & effectiveness in delivering the clients.
Generating business from existing accounts and other sources to achieve the business targets
Leading the entire transaction process from lead generation till the closure of lease agreement and handover of the premises to the potential client.
Coordinating with all stakeholders and departments concerned (within the org)



to fulfill the transaction
Monitoring of leads and planning Business Development activities and updating the same to the Board/Management.
Handholding the customers through the marketing team for smooth transition of Pre & Post sales processes.
Presenting (Weekly/Fortnightly/ Monthly) Dashboards & MIS Reports to the Management on Revenue Generation, Clients Acquisition, Market Study etc on Daily.
Representing company at events and supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other Hyderabad real estate marketing events.
Overseeing the process of Invoicing, Revenue Collection and resolving issues if any
Closely monitoring of market analysis and research reports and revampstrategies to reach out to right clients/investors to increase business.
Training, inspiring& assigning projects and targets to recent team members
Website Management / Social Media Management / Domain Management etc.
Any other relevant tasks / assignments given by the management.
