Position: Plant HR Deputy Manager/Asst Manager

Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational and people objectives.
Manage Industrial Relations activities, including union management, employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for plant employees.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and a positive work culture across the plant.
Manage contract labour administration, vendor compliance, and workforce productivity initiatives.
Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee capability and leadership effectiveness.
Monitor HR metrics and implement process improvements to support operational excellence and business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
10+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing plant HR operations.
Robust hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, union management, and labour law compliance.
Experience managing end-to-end plant HR functions independently.
Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and drive people initiatives effectively.
