Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the forex sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Manage high-value corporate clients and maintain solid business relationships.
Monitor forex market trends and provide regular insights to clients and team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical business practices.
Prepare reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
5+ years of experience in forex sales,
including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of forex markets, exchange products, and trading platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
