Role & responsibilities
Conduct bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
Source candidates through field visits over all hyderabad, job camps, local networks, and community outreach.
Identify and recruit migrant workers from different regions as per manpower requirements.
Coordinate with local agents, contractors, and placement networks for candidate sourcing.
Screen candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements.
Arrange interviews, documentation, and onboarding support.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams to fulfill hiring targets.
Travel to different locations for recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.
