Position Title: City Head QA QC Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Quality Control Third Party Quality Inspection
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (residential Mivan high-rise & conventional construction projects)
Role Purpose:
Responsible for leading and supervising the QC inspection team for residential Mivan and conventional building projects. Role includes inspection planning, manpower scheduling, report consolidation, client engagement, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and allocate inspection activities across multiple projects.
• Monitor day-to-day civil inspections (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, water -proofing, finishing works).
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ITP/MTP requirements.
• Collect, review, and consolidate QC reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Plan manpower schedules and identify technical support requirements.




• Represent QC team in client kick-off meetings and technical discussions.
• Identify lapses and raise NCRs with corrective measures.
• Conduct training and mentor QC engineers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and support audits.
Skills & Competencies:
• Robust expertise in Mivan & conventional residential projects.
• Robust background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Auditing.
. Proven expertise in client coordination and team handling, Must have handled QA/QC operations for civil projects Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, NCR handling, ITP/MTP.
• Leadership and client-handling skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience in high-rise residential projects (Mivan & conventional).
• Prior third-party inspection experience is an advantage.
