Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Applications Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable Generative AI solutions. This role will drive end-to-end AI product execution while collaborating with AI Architects, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI application development, from design to deployment
Drive delivery of LLM-powered solutions including RAG systems, AI agents, and conversational AI
Collaborate with AI Architects and Engineering teams on scalable AI solution design
Manage cross-functional teams across AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, Full Stack, DevOps/MLOps, and QA
Oversee AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps best practices
Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience




12+ years in software development, or technology delivery
4+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI teams and programs
Solid knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI agents, and AI frameworks
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs
Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
Experience in enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks
Background in regulated industries like Healthcare or Finance
Exposure to Agentic AI and multi-agent systems

Education
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
