We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to lead the creation of high-quality photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and animations for luxury architectural and interior design projects. Responsibilities
Lead the production of photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations across multiple projects.
Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visual concepts from schematic stages to final presentations.
Prepare detailed mood boards, material boards, and lighting setups to support project narratives.
Mentor junior visualizers and guide best practices in visualization workflows.




Maintain organized render libraries, project files, and asset databases.
Stay current with the latest industry software, techniques, and trends to push creative boundaries.
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Solid knowledge of architectural detailing, lighting, material mapping, and camera settings for realistic rendering.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Ability to lead visualization teams and provide creative direction.

Qualification
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of qualified experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in a consultancy or design studio workplace.
