Job Description:
Build and install PCs, laptops and peripheral devices (such as printers,

scanners, projectors, VC) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with

organization standards.
Maintain installed PCs, laptops and peripherals with routine maintenance

regarding updated AV DAT and OS Patches.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or

Hardware components. Assisting,



Planning and executing system upgrades and

migrations.
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance

with Organization guidelines
Customize desktop applications to meet end-user needs, record technical

issues and solutions in logs and follow up with clients to ensure their systems

are functional.
Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer

troubleshooting and usage.
Ability to prepare Standard Operating procedures, Dashboards and Data

Analytics.
Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to ensure seamless operations

Technical Skills:
MCP or MCSE would be preferred.
Valuable to have Understanding knowledge on ITIL v4
