About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with robust expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI-driven tools, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving brand growth through data-led strategy, creative execution, and modern digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-funnel digital strategies across paid ads, social media, SEO, content, and automation.
Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations, and AI-based optimisation tools.
Use AI tools for content planning, ad optimisation, reporting, and audience insights.
Analyse campaign data, track KPIs, and present clear insights to improve ROI and lead quality.




Mentor and guide the digital team across performance, content, design, and social media.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams for timely execution and growth-focused strategies.
Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans and identify current digital prospects and channels.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with solid performance marketing expertise.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, etc.).
Understanding of AI-powered platforms for analytics, creative optimisation, reporting, and workflow automation.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to scale brand presence, improve conversions, and drive consistent business growth.
