Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross-functional teams in such iterative development delivery models.
Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Solid background in the culture of innovation and value adds.
Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Drive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).
Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Work closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
Manage project Plans, risks, budgets, and technical challenges.
