Position: Lead Gen AI Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and development of Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Build and orchestrate AI agents / agentic workflows for complex task automation
Develop scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs and microservices
Optimize prompt engineering, context handling, and response quality




Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific use cases
Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, Bedrock, etc.)

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in software engineering / backend development, Generative AI / LLM-based applications
Solid proficiency in Python
LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex
Vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate
RAG architectures and semantic search
Experience building AI agents / multi-agent systems
Solid understanding of: Prompt engineering, Tokenization, embeddings, model evaluation
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
