Role & responsibilities
Procure MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for facility maintenance and projects.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and technical capability.
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements.
Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with the stores department to avoid shortages and excess stock.




Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and identify alternative suppliers.
Resolve issues related to material quality, shortages, delayed deliveries, and warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contracts, and statutory requirements.
Track procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic procurement reports.

Qualification - BE/BTech With SAP Experience is must

Work location - Hi Tech City ,Hyderabad.

Notice period - Immediate -30 days
