Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, pricing, and business cases.
Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
Lead finance transformation projects focused on process optimization, standardization, and automation.
Identify prospects to simplify finance processes using technology and best practices.
Collaborate with functional leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into financial plans.
Lead and mentor FP&A; analysts and project team members.
Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and analytical excellence.
