Verify quantities, contractor bills and ensure timely achievement of milestones.

Supervise erection, alignment and dismantling of formwork systems.
Ensure line, level, plumb and dimensional accuracy of shuttering.
Verify staging, supports and formwork stability before concreting.
Coordinate with steel and RCC teams for timely execution.
Monitor shuttering cycle time, material utilization and productivity.
