Skills & Qualifications:
Min 2 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.
Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred
Work Model: Work from Office - Hyderabad Virtusa office
Shift: 24 x 7 (3 possible shifts) with rotational offs
JAPAC Shift: 03:30 AM to 12:30 PM - 1 way Pick-up Transport provided
EMEA Shift: 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM - 1 way Drop Transport provide
NAMER shift: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM - 2 way transport Pick-up & Drop provided
Shift Allocation: Rotational (45 Days once)
Interview Process - Functional Test+ Versant Test( F2F mandate ) - L1 Panel Interview ( Virtual ) - L2 Panel Interview( Virtual) - HR connect ( Virtual )
