About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey & Billing Engineer with solid knowledge of commercial and IT office interior fit-out projects. Candidates with project planning experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
Verify quantities and monitor material consumption at site.
Prepare and process Client RA Bills and Contractor Bills.
Perform rate analysis and cost control.
Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounts.
Track project progress and prepare billing-related MIS reports.
Reconcile quantities and prepare final bills.
Handle variation orders, extra items, and change orders.




Maintain billing records and project documentation.
Preferred: Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera and monitor project progress.

Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing.
Experience in Commercial & IT Office Interior Fit-Out Projects is mandatory.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and project billing.
Good understanding of interior finishing materials and execution.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Project Planning experience is preferred.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
