Role & responsibilities
Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Design, configure, and implement HRSD applications and workflows.
Configure HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
Develop and maintain HR Knowledge Bases and Employee Self-Service portals.
Implement Lifecycle Events including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Design and configure HR workflows, approvals, and notifications.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other HR systems.
Support HR process automation initiatives.
Perform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
