Role & responsibilities
Managing Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and operational. Supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed according to service agreements. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity. Monitor and manage energy efficiency programs to reduce utility costs and promote sustainability. Hire, train, and develop a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff comply with safety protocols and operational standards. Provide leadership and motivation to the team, fostering a productive and positive work setting.
