b) Preparing detailed evaluation reports for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Key Starting Materials (KSMs) to validate synthetic routes and novelty.
c) Providing clearance reports for KSM vendors to safeguard the companys supply chain against IP litigation
d) Writing patent specifications and claims for domestic and international filings.
e) Crafting technical and legal arguments to overcome patent office objections.
f) Conducting Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches and preparing detailed infringement analysis and FTO reports.
g) Conducting periodic reviews of competitor patents and scientific publications for competitive intelligence.
