Job Description:

Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Lead - Application Development to lead application development initiatives, technical delivery, and engineering teams for enterprise-scale technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in application architecture, Java/J2EE, Azure technologies, API integrations, database solutions, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead application design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
Manage and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical leadership on complex application systems and integrations.
Drive best practices in software design, code quality, and development processes.
Review technical solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with business teams, architects, vendors, and technology stakeholders.
Support production issues, application stability, and continuous improvements.
Manage resource planning, delivery timelines, and team performance.

Required Skills:




10+ years of experience in software development with team leadership experience.
Robust knowledge of Java 17, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and enterprise applications.
Experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL MI, ADLS, Azure APIM.
Strong experience with Oracle databases, SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
Knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SOLID design principles and software engineering best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable To Have:
Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
Knowledge of Payments, SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022, or payment platforms.
