The ideal candidate should generate leads and engage with business partners to build recent business for the company. The candidate is responsible to build Injectable business in Geographies - South East Asia. The candidate must have prior experience of Out-licensing and/or Contract Manufacturing of Partners products. The Candidates with Injectable experience will be preferred. This candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Identify partnership opportunities
Develop current relationships in an effort to grow business and help Company expand
To screen and recommend molecules for Product Portfolio
Market Intelligence and Competition Landscape Mapping
Understanding on Product Costing and Pricing
Prepare Business Proposals for the projects Responsible for negotiating and
Finalizing the contracts as per the business needs
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Business Travel to the Territories
Qualifications
Bachelor's / M.Pharm or Science with an MBA
5 - 10 years' prior industry related business development experience in the relevant Geography.
Self-Starter and a team player
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Self-motivated with Positive Attitude and be a go-getter.
