What Youll Bring

A bachelors degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least three years of hands-on experience with Certinia applications
Certifications in Certinia PSA/ERP and Salesforce Administration (preferred)




Robust self-leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience in process mapping, system documentation, and stakeholder management
