Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant S/4HANA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with experience in business process analysis, configuration, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP FI/CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
Support SAP S/4HANA Finance migration and transformation projects.
Work on integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.




Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with technical teams.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4–10 years of experience in SAP FICO.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or support projects.
Strong experience in SAP FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Current GL.
Valuable knowledge of SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
Experience with financial closing, tax configuration, and reporting.
Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
