Role Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and warehouse inventory control for EV two-wheelers and spare parts. The role will ensure uninterrupted parts availability while optimizing inventory carrying costs, procurement costs, and vendor performance to achieve high fleet uptime.

Key Responsibilities
Own inventory planning for EV spare parts, consumables, batteries and accessories.
Develop sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end procurement (RFQ to PO).
Identify and onboard alternate suppliers to improve supply continuity.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, contracts and annual rate agreements.
Drive procurement cost optimization without compromising quality.
Manage supplier performance through OTIF, fill rate, quality and lead time KPIs.
Monitor safety stock, reorder levels, inventory ageing and stock accuracy.
Coordinate inbound logistics, warehouse operations and inter-hub inventory movement.
Publish MIS on inventory, procurement savings, stock ageing, fill rate and supplier performance.
Build scalable procurement processes, SOPs and governance mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Industrial or equivalent) but not mandatory.
510 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.
Robust experience in EV, Automotive, Auto Components, Mobility, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors preferred.
Hands-on experience in spare parts procurement, vendor management and inventory planning.
Experience in setting up procurement processes, SOPs and strengthening supply chain functions.
