Responsibilities

Drive continuous innovation and improvement through adoption of up-to-date technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to enable adoption of recent platforms, tools, and agile ways of working.
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and drive data-driven optimization.
