Counsel students about study abroad opportunities and international universities
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and countries
Guide students through admissions, applications, and documentation processes
Assist students with university shortlisting and career planning
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries
Follow up with leads and maintain student relationships
Coordinate with admission and visa teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve counselling and enrollment targets
