Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Compensation & Payroll Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Compensation Management, Time Management, and Payroll integrations, with experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management modules.
Analyze business requirements and design payroll and compensation solutions.
Manage payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and payroll processing.
Configure organizational management, personnel administration, and perks as required.
Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with Finance, SuccessFactors, and third-party payroll systems.
Perform payroll testing, validation, and issue resolution during implementation and production support.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
Ensure statutory compliance and support payroll-related audits.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.





Required Skills:
510+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, Compensation Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
Expertise in payroll schema, PCRs, wage types, payroll control records, and payroll processing.
Experience with payroll integrations, reporting, and interfaces.
Knowledge of statutory payroll regulations and compliance.
Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Payroll certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile delivery settings.
