Role & responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, ITES, Non-IT, BPO, International, and Healthcare hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding

Preferred candidate profile :
14 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in any of the following:
IT Recruitment
ITES/BPO Recruitment
International Recruitment
Non-IT Recruitment
Healthcare Recruitment
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, or other job portals.
