We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Liaison - AGM, responsible for handling HMDA, Govt Liaison, and Land Acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in these areas and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective liaison strategies with government agencies and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and submit reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in a related field, preferably in liaison or advocacy roles.
Strong knowledge of HMDA, Govt Liaison, and Land Acquisition processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
